PAYMENT TERMS AND REGULATIONS

5. Payment Methods

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Secure Online Payment Gateway
  • Approved Medical Aid (where applicable)

Orders will only be processed once payment is received and cleared.


6. Payment Confirmation

  • EFT payments must include the order number as reference.

  • Orders not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled automatically.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined:

  • The order will not be processed.
  • The Company is not liable for banking or transaction errors.
  • Any banking fees incurred due to reversed or failed payments may be charged to the customer.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed:

  • Within 7–14 working days
  • Using the original payment method
  • Only once returned goods are received and inspected

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective.


9. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services.
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • Customers must inspect goods upon receipt.

If goods are damaged, notify us within 24 hours with photo proof.


10. Returns Policy (Consumer Protection Act Compliance)

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Customers may return unused goods within 7 days (cooling-off period where applicable).
  • Goods must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Certain health and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
